Puffy Oven Pancake

I love puffy pancakes.  They are one of my favorite breakfasts.
My mom and her friend, Peggy, used to make them when they were little.
I hope you like them as much as me!

Gather your ingredients: flour, milk, eggs and butter.

Heat oven to 400 degrees and melt butter in a pan.

Crack 4 eggs in a bowl and mix.

Add 1 cup of flour and mix.

Add 1 cup of milk and mix.

Mix, mix, mix!

Bake until puffy and golden brown.

Enjoy with maple syrup or powdered sugar and lemon juice.
